The Information Security Engineer - Application Security role is an individual contributor role to support a global program to actively identify and exploit vulnerabilities across Equifax applications utilizing dynamic, manual, and static methodologies.
The senior sales engineers will deliver product presentations and demonstrations internally and externally on all relevant secureworks solutions. They will coordinate with product marketing, product management and sales leadership to ensure that secureworks solutions are timely, appropriate and supported by strong sales tools.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience with data modeling, development and implementation of distributed systems incorporating information security and data integration in a large scale database deployment and operation.
The candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree. Preferred degrees included Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or an equivalent degree.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting Routing/Switching, wireless LAN controllers, VMware and VPN issues; onsite and remote troubleshootingNetwork layer 2 and layer 3.
The Security Engineer II will design, build, integrate, and support information security solutions and specifically for the Information Security Cyber Defense area (ISCD) specific to the Endpoint (laptops/desktops/VDI/mobile). The engineer will focus on solutions to support the Security Operations Center in their security efforts related to endpoints, as well as develop new endpoint authoritative endpoint solutions.
In this role, you will assist with incident handling and incident response for products and platforms. The selected candidate will support customers, development teams in technical analysis of tool outputs.
This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to work as part of a team or independently under minimal direction. Interfacing with teams both inside and external to enterprise technology services to gather requirements, collaborate, evangelize and incorporate security policy will be a key component of this role.
