In this role, you will be responsible for
acts as strategic business partner to leadership on all Talent Acquisition related issues. Proactively engages the Leadership teams to establish a common understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, outcomes and service standards.
In this role, you will be provide timely, accurate information in areas of new hire on-boarding, compliance, employee relations, and explanation of policies and procedures. The selected candidate will create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
