The HR Business Partner oversees the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR Manager carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development, administration, and employment.
The Human Resources Business Partner take an active role in all aspects of the employee experience, from engaging with new employees joining our Company, through the various steps of the employee life-cycle.
