Ability to work cross-functionally within the organization is a key requirement to ensure complete internal partner support. Travel is 40% of role.
The FSE will lead and facilitate product and application technical support, training and service solutions across a multi-state territory, and will serve as voice of the customer to ensure engineering and quality resources act to address customer requests and issues.
