Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics. Prepares reports for budget, business plans and related planning activities by collecting, compiling and ensuring accuracy of data within the specific timeframes required.
This is a blended role which will encompass day to day administrative needs to support the partner, including, but not limited to billing and bookkeeping as well as providing legal support for various real estate transactions such as land use applications and rezoning applications and other various commercial real estate transactions.
The Executive Assistant will primarily support the Chief Executive Officer but, as needed, will also assist other members of the SPHA senior management team. This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will work closely with members of all SPHA departments.
In this role, the selected candidate must be a self starter, team player, work well independently, have high integrity, high energy, resourceful under minimal direction, take ownership of all project assigned.
