As the Director of Quality Management, you will be responsible for coordination, development and evaluation of all outcome activities including but not limited to: Risk Management, Quality Improvement, Survey Readiness, Infection Control, Employee Health and Education.
In this role, you will make an impact in the market on a hugely visible product line working cross organization with Customer Success, Software Engineering, and Product Management. You are metrics driven and ultra-organized.
In this role, you will develop and direct the provision of Orientation, Clinical Education and clinical staff development standards. Participate in Care Management and cross-divisional outcomes work groups.
