Responsible for the oversight and management of tasks related to the definition of MDM data architecture, physical data architecture and models, standards, logical data models, metadata, semantics, data profiling, object resolution and definitions in support within the Halyard Health global ecosystem.
The Senior Enterprise Data Architect will lead an agile team to build out new cloud architecture, positioning Client for a future state in which the company triples in size, and in which data science and analytics teams spearhead data-driven strategy across all company verticals and platforms.
This position is primarily responsible for designing, developing, and supporting new and existing reports, designing, programming, deploying Business Intelligence (BI) and developing BI dashboards to meet the company needs.
Performs analysis of overall information management systems. Assists in analysis of specific system elements, such as system software, components transactions, integration architecture, data modeling, and processes, with recommendations for appropriate changes.
The architect must have had experience in creating and/or supporting such architectures and designs, and management of complex Network and IT deployments across multiple geographies, preferably using a mixture of global hosting/cloud and local infrastructure elements.
Manipulating, aggregating and deriving useful information from data stored across many sources and different databases; using and defining automated tests to verify that loads and transformations work as intended.
Document the Business data requirements, including data sources, data quantity, data frequency, data quality, business rules for data transformation, data access requirements, number of users accessing data, role based access, etc.
