In this role, you will be responsible for and conducts the Quarterly Service Review with the Customer. Responsible for statistical analysis and trending in conjunction with the proactive services and Quarterly Service Review.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in customer-oriented environment; prior experience with JD Edwards and Lotus Notes software; previous call center experience; prior Inside sales experience.
In this role, you will work with facility GM, VP of Sales, VP of Operations, and Corporate Director of CS to implement and align CS initiatives with plant operational goals & WSPG Growth Pillar support and drive & CEO reinforcement activities.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an extensive knowledge and experience of ITSM Processes and their Implementation; must have comprehensive understanding of Gold Standard Framework and Project Management Framework; must have extensive knowledge and experience of managing account profit and loss statement.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as liaison between Field Sales, Customer Service, Scheduling, Production and other functional personnel as required to support efficient and effective order fulfillment process and customer satisfaction.
