In this role, the selected candidate will manage a core function within the Customer Service Department (Research or Direct Customer Contact); resolve complex customer issues that are beyond the scope of the Customer Service Sr. Resolution Specialist.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for weekly and month-end billing and any billing-related questions from customers; learn and understand Standard Operating Procedures for all account-related activities.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an extensive knowledge and experience of ITSM Processes and their Implementation; must have comprehensive understanding of Gold Standard Framework and Project Management Framework; must have extensive knowledge and experience of managing account profit and loss statement.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform data backups and disaster recovery operations; plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as liaison between Field Sales, Customer Service, Scheduling, Production and other functional personnel as required to support efficient and effective order fulfillment process and customer satisfaction.
