Manages the design, implementation, administration, training, communication and systems supporting global compensation programs and practices including salary planning, annual incentives, long-term equity, sales compensation, job grade and job description structure, and other compensation related matters.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an expertise and knowledge of integrated sales performance software systems; sales quota planning and management, sales performance management and sales performance analytics.
The Manager will have overall responsibility for the development, implementation and adoption of global compensation, benefits and HR Technology programs, processes and tools with the ultimate goal of driving scalability, efficiency and compliance.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for achieving sales objectives with targeted brokers in a specified geographic area. Partners with Regional Market Manager (RMM) to develop and implement local market sales strategies to achieve sales plan and sales growth objectives, and for achieving persistency and profitability targets.
Assist the Director of Benefits and Compensation with company sponsored benefit plans, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Group Life, Voluntary Benefits, Flexible Spending Account, and COBRA Administration.
