Coordinate Sales operations support to include: oversight of office supply purchases; disseminate literature, pricing and promotion roll-out to sales teams; policy and procedural updates; recommend and implement incentive programs and customer-focused events; proactively identify, design and implement procedures.
Acts as a liaison between Sales and sales operations, billing, customer data administration, service administration, credit management, product and pricing, human resources, as well as the corporate services group
Develop and implement comprehensive account plans for your area of responsibility, which support the Client's strategic and tactical plans, fulfill client requirements and exceed IBM account business objectives and measurements (i.e. business volumes, profit). Ensure that the account plan(s) reflect the global elements of the Client's business, as appropriate, and create a planning environment that involves cross team collaboration for execution as 'one Team'.
This role is responsible for responding to direct client requests; coordinating, facilitating, and processing information and documents pertaining to their assigned clients (includes both new and existing clients).
This position requires that you develop a good understanding of trends and challenges within the Chemical or Pharmaceutical and other Life Sciences industries (including Medical Devices, Biotechnology, etc.), and to stay abreast of the developments in relevance to the products, technology and industry.
You will develop a superior product and disease state knowledge and effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about clinical evidence, approved indications, product efficacy and safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
