The Branch Manager in Atlanta, GA will be responsible for setting business goals and developing business plans for the overall branch. The Branch Manager will have ultimate accountability for 7 complex wide key managerial components.
In this role, you will manage and motivate staff to meet goals and objectives relating to branch profitability, loan volume, credit quality, delinquency and expense. Make loan decisions up to established lending limits, close consumer loans, and collect accounts in more critical stages of delinquency while ensuring adherence to state and federal guidelines.
In this role, you will conduct and / or participate in productivity reviews, best practices analyses, process improvement studies, organizational analysis, metrics development and service partnership agreements.
In this role, you will lead business development activities for credit-based products through active solicitation and cultivation of more complex new client relationships in an assigned market area. Works independently with minimal supervision.
In this role, you will be responsible for the P&L of a medium-to-large sized revenue branch. Monitors expenses and analyzes financial performance
of branch. Identifies operational deficiencies and implements plans for improvement.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the critical issues of branch operation and profitability, including sales, sales growth, budgeting, gross margins, operating expenses, safety, customer service, inventory, equipment, building and vehicles, community relations, accounts receivable and resolution of personnel issues.
