As an Analyst, Technical Reporting you will prepare, analyze and interpret data to provide information for assigned area(s) of responsibility. In addition, you will be expected to develop executable SQL programs, new reporting, and new models to support customer needs and coach and share technical knowledge with junior members of the team.

Responsible for supporting creation of reporting deliverable by performing analysis and interpretation of business information from the Business Intelligence report output provided by the Reporting team.
Writes and maintains test plans based on software requirements and design documents; participates in the development of change control standards and procedures that appropriately fit the needs of the technical team and updates these procedures as the needs change.
You will provide tier one and two support, configuration and deployment services for endpoints across including windows and mac-based workstations and servers, mobile devices, rf devices and endpoint-facing applications.
