In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing, planning and implementing plant human resources programs; ensuring compliance on legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
The Plant HR Manager designs, plans, and implements human resources programs for a plant. This includes administering corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, visa or green card processing, employee relations, training and health and safety programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for
support the companys operation through administration and maintenance of human resource activities and programs with emphasis placed on recruitment, staffing, training, talent development.
The selected candidate will plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals. Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
In this role, the successful candidate will be ensuring compliance on legal requirements and government reporting regulations; recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selecting employees to fill vacancies.
