In this role, you must be able to stand for long periods of time, be able to lift 40 lbs. and lift materials; must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays; must be able to stand to use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen.
In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of a comprehensive community outreach program, the Outreach Representative coordinates the referral development process, develops and maintains relationships with referral sources through consistent and regular contact, maintains current and accurate referral and competitor information, maintains effective account management system, regularly reviews referral trends and other relevant data and assists the Program Director with development of annual and quarterly business plans.
In this role, the selected candidate willwork experience in a solution based- face to face customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment, or (b) a college degree is required (it is preferable that candidates meet both of these qualifications).
