Supervise associates, on safety requirements, including training, assigning and checking work. Analyze and resolve work problems. recommend personnel actions including hiring, rate increases, promotion, and disciplinary measures.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate actively in personnel matters and deal with employee problems and complaints; maintain and support programs regarding employee relations, health and safety, training and development for employees of the department.
Experience with digital marketing focusing on site, display, search, emerging media or overall digital ecosystem development; familiarity with all facets of interactive campaign and macro strategy development.
Maintain and develop strong traditional and online media relationships, place newsworthy stories that convey core brand messages, and be responsible for developing creative written materials that engage target audiences and reflect an understanding of our clients business.
Works with clients to define KPIs and meaningful metrics to report project health (e.g. burn down, velocity, broken build, and quality index); works closely with Client Engagement and delivery teams to architect solutions that best meet client requirements.
Knowledge of procedures for various areas of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, time and expense, general ledgers, income statements, balance sheets, and account reconciliation.
Requires strong analytical and instrumental troubleshooting skills, especially with chromatography instrumentation such as UPLC, HPLC, and GC. Ability to investigate and resolve chromatographic, physical and wet chemical issues.
The supervisor will conduct investigations for OOS results, errors and deviations. The position requires regular communication with clients in a timely and professional manner. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring proper staff training and that deliverables are met or expectations are proactively managed towards alternative solutions.
