Identify and analyze trends, strategies and tactics to increase the productivity of Government Dental Program teams to drive positive performance on organizational key performance metrics and improve the customer experience.
Lead and facilitate performance improvement projects using a combination of improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma; partner with stakeholders in the development of project plans that align with standards set forth by accreditation/regulatory agencies and with the Annual Business Plan.
You will develop and implement project schedules to meet deadlines, all while ensuring your project maintains profitability. Plus you will engage in ongoing client meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
Assist with establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodology and other department procedures. Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans.
Evaluate Agency requirements, capability deployment and operations integration through review of design and programmatic documentation and milestone and readiness reviews to manage cost, schedule and performance.
The primary role and responsibility of the Project Manager Senior is to work with the Account Lead, Data Warehouse Lead, and functional/matrix managers and staff to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
