Support Solutions Management or other Management by providing project management control on key initiatives, usually pertaining to managing and delivering solutions to market or to internal process improvement.
The primary purpose of this role is to focus on working with the software development teams to manage the projects to ensure allscripts develops software on time to budget and meeting the needs of the customer.
The IT Project Manager II oversees small and medium size projects. Serves as the main liaison between the IT staff and project owners within the business. Responsible for performing a wide range of duties around planning, staffing, implementing controlling and evaluating projects through the life cycle of a project with oversight from Senior Project Management staff and/or IT Management.
This position is responsible for planning, estimating, providing day-to-day management, leadership, direction and administration across the full project deployment lifecycle (through implementation) on IT programs (with high level of complexity).
In this role, you will ability to develop and maintain multiple project plans. Leadership, facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team dynamic.
This position drives the oversight of all strategy and project management for MNKs IT initiatives across all functions and business units. This role partners with the Enterprise Leader(s), Executive Committee and CIO to ensure alignment of programs and projects to the overall company strategy.
