The Account Administration Group Leader is responsible for the training, guidance and supervision of the Account Administration staff. She/he ensures accurate and timely outcomes in daily deliverables, produces detailed metric reports, and maintains current industry knowledge to assist in both strategic and tactical discussions with NISA senior management.
Provides business analysis and support for Network Operations: Generate sometimes complex ad hoc reports along with creation and presentation of quality dashboards that provide operational visibility to the business unit(s).
