In this role, you will act as a liaison between the company and the merchants, including the maintenance of appropriate supplies and advertising materials; assist in the solution of problems concerning payment, customer disputes, collection etc. Keep the merchant informed for new, revised or expanded services
Develop and maintain relationships with local electrical contractors, electrical engineers, telecommunications accounts, medical facilities, call centers, cities and municipalities, utility contractors and many other potential accounts.
Develop sales strategy in concert with district business plans utilizing strategic planning processes that encompass company, market and industry trends in order to ensure coordination of efforts to achieve goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will effectively impacts existing and new customers by providing exceptional value and service, which ultimately helps providers to identify and start appropriate patients on therapy.
The role will require the maintenance of existing accounts and a targeted and driven focus of new customer acquisitions across the given region. The role will involve travel and carry aggressive sales targets and quarterly objectives.
Proven customer service/relations skills including the ability to deal effectively, tactfully, and knowledgeably with customers and non-customers in handling complaints, problems, and general inquiries.

develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan. Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS Services specific for HCLS at the CxO level.
Coordinates with other Merit Endotek marketing and sales staff to ensure that the right products are shipped to customers on a timely basis and in the amount required, to stay informed about new products provided by Merit Endotek, and to provide feedback from customers about product needs and possible innovations.
