The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for building business partner relationships based on trust and credibility, and the flawless execution of HR programs, policies, and practices so that quality objectives and deadlines are met successfully.
This role will be supporting 150+ union employees in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be able to function as a true Generalist as well as a HR Business Partner/Strategic Leader, specifically related to change management initiatives, continuous improvement and labor relations.
In this role you will lead the HR function at this dynamic, multi - faceted growing organization, working collaboratively with PAI / PFU, a larger Global organization, to achieve its organizational objectives.
The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding the business needs of the facility and then translating those needs into HR services to ensure the facility benefits from strategic Human Resource services and standardized processes.
Serve as a technical point-of-contact and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
