This position drives the oversight of all strategy and project management for MNKs IT initiatives across all functions and business units. This role partners with the Enterprise Leader(s), Executive Committee and CIO to ensure alignment of programs and projects to the overall company strategy.
Identify and analyze trends, strategies and tactics to increase the productivity of Government Dental Program teams to drive positive performance on organizational key performance metrics and improve the customer experience.
Participate in interviewing prospective employees, evaluating current employees, and train employees as needed. Cultivate and manage relationships with key contacts in professional organizations and medical professional societies.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan and execute capital improvement projects for expansion and/or upgrade of aluminum extrusion and rolling mill facilities. Develop project scope, feasibility, cost estimates and schedule.
This position provides management for the delivery of multiple building design or renovation projects within budget and schedule, including leading multi-disciplined project delivery teams in the development of construction drawings and specifications in accordance with client requirements.
Responsible for leading cross-functional financial projects including financial analysis, reporting and forecasting operations and the evaluation of potential business opportunities in support of the organization's strategic priorities.
Evaluate Agency requirements, capability deployment and operations integration through review of design and programmatic documentation and milestone and readiness reviews to manage cost, schedule and performance.
