The Transition Project Manager is responsible for the implementation and tactical execution of all project activities on a transition project, either individually or through supervision of less senior project staff.
In this role, you will ensure all projects deliver targeted benefits (financial and operational) and are supported by proper documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and other critical financial and operational metrics.
In this role, the selected candidate will keep budget worksheets updated, keeping project directories updated, collecting and updating site information as made available by team members, track travel expenses as team members submit reimbursements, keep quality plan updated to ensure program remains in compliance with audit, and consolidate information provided by team members to report non reoccurring expenditures such as special construction.
