Performs all duties associated with the Hearing Conservation Program to include conducting employee audiometric examinations and audiometric biological test equipment inspection; maintaining employee records and files, keeping abreast of changes in Federal and State laws regarding hearing conservation and maintaining proficiency in audio metrics testing.
Assist in the implementation of vocational/education programs and activities established by registered Occupational Therapist designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance task performances, diminish or correct pathology, and to promote/maintain health and self-sufficiency.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare appropriate medical documentation on all patients, including any case conferences, patient contacts, medication order changes, re-certifications, progress updates, and care plan changes.
Coordinate/oversee/supervise the work of Home Health Aides, Certified Home Health Aides and Personal Care Workers and provides written personal care instructions/care plan that reflect current plan of care. Monitor the appropriate completion of documentation by home health aides/personal care workers as part of the supervisory/leadership responsibility.
