The IT Project Manager II oversees small and medium size projects. Serves as the main liaison between the IT staff and project owners within the business. Responsible for performing a wide range of duties around planning, staffing, implementing controlling and evaluating projects through the life cycle of a project with oversight from Senior Project Management staff and/or IT Management.
The IT Manager is accountable for the establishment, development, maintenance of policy and standards, and day to day operation for the activities of the support staff. This position is accountable for the leadership for the IS Clinical Support team members in the Operations Center. It requires good management and critical thinking to achieve excellence in workflow for the assigned area.

Manage company wide network infrastructure including firewalls, network equipment, workstations/laptops, guest networks, phone systems, company servers, software, VPN, anti-virus, backup solutions, enterprise applications, e-mail, etc.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team that will be executing tasks and participating in projects in support of ITs governance, audit, risk and compliance framework, policies and processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Project Team completes the project within budget, on schedule and within scope, and manages the project process per the standards and guidelines of the Portfolio and Project Management Office.
