Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources trends and best practices, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations that position MEM as an Employer of Choice.
Responsible for providing human resource services and products that perpetuate and enhance the Levy culture and vision and values. Results are achieved through intelligent, professional and practical communication, management and leadership skills. Major areas of responsibility will be recruiting, training, compensation and employee relations.
Develop the overall global HR operations strategy, collaborating with the VP, HR Shared Services and other HR leaders, focusing on both the client and the costs. Focus on strategic themes of client centric (one stop shop), continuous improvement, simplification, automation, and globalization of processes (where possible).
Supports the local hiring managers and employees through ongoing coaching and/or problem solving efforts, particularly in the areas of: recruiting, new hire compliance, onboarding and employee relations.
