Provides expertise and support, ensuring that change management activities within the business that have associate impact are managed in a timely, professional and lawful manner and that communications regarding change are clear, concise and consistent.
Support operating units by implementing human resources programs and solving performance problems. Performs duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions.
This role will be supporting 150+ union employees in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be able to function as a true Generalist as well as a HR Business Partner/Strategic Leader, specifically related to change management initiatives, continuous improvement and labor relations.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees regarding issues in areas such as policy and procedure interpretation/application, corrective action, leaves of absence, harassment, and terminations.
