Develop the overall global HR operations strategy, collaborating with the VP, HR Shared Services and other HR leaders, focusing on both the client and the costs. Focus on strategic themes of client centric (one stop shop), continuous improvement, simplification, automation, and globalization of processes (where possible).
In this role, the selected candidate will direct the Human Resources function for assigned business areas driving an effective people strategy and fostering a culture where employees feel valued and respected.
Supports the local hiring managers and employees through ongoing coaching and/or problem solving efforts, particularly in the areas of: recruiting, new hire compliance, onboarding and employee relations.
Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources trends and best practices, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations that position MEM as an Employer of Choice.
