In this role, you will lead client team members and partners with other internal specialists to provide clients access to the full array of US Trust capabilities and services, as required to meet their specific needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will document account plans and forecasts: Assess activities to plan; monitor sales forecasts and event requirements in PTS to ensure accuracy; log activities to track progress against the plan.
The Client Finance Analyst is also responsible for the timely and accurate invoicing of all expenses as well as managing the month/quarter/year-end presorting processes. In addition, they are a resource to our clients, to the Client Service team and the rest of the department to answer tax and expense questions. This position will interact daily with the Client Service delivery team and may also interact with a Clients internal/external accounting, payroll and/or tax departments.
In this role, you will develop and maintain a daily sales funnel including detailed business opportunities, hardware, software, and service opportunities that leads to attainment of sales / quota / targets.
The Client Services Business Analyst will be responsible for producing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that will be used to determine and communicate trends and achievements of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additional responsibilities include supporting the Workforce Management efforts to produce ad hoc reports as needed.
