The Associate Chief Nursing Officer reports to the Chief Operating Officer of Behavioral Health and the Chief Nursing Officer and in collaboration with medical staff leadership, is accountable for the day-to-day inpatient nursing operations.
The Chief Program Officer provides leadership, supervision, oversight and management of the agencys programs and services directly or through a program manager as well as works with the senior leadership and staff to develop future service delivery/programs for the agency.
This Attorney position will provide legal support to the Company's Workforce Solutions Business Unit on all matters arising in day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on client contract negotiation. The position will interact directly and frequently with Senior Leadership and the Sales and Services Teams in managing internal and external contracting processes and pursuing continuous improvement in contracting processes and execution (including responsibility for developing and reviewing internal forms to support best practices and efficient closure of sales deals).
The Chief Nursing Officer is accountable for professional nursing practice and nursing performance improvement throughout all areas of the hospital in which licensed nurses practice. Includes responsibility for defining nursing care and establishing the division of nursing scope of service.
