The Business Line Data Analyst III position will assist the Commercial Line of Business by gathering data requirements that will be used to increase the usability and accuracy of internal and external reporting.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate in tasks ranging from gathering business information, liaising with external and internal stakeholders as well as working between business and technical teams.
Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes & perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions and assist with implementation.
Responsibilities include collaborating and building partnerships internally, facilitating the process of gathering functional and system requirements, meeting with internal clients to determine critical features, and making recommendations based on features and gathered requirements.
Developing sector knowledge is of foremost importance for all business analysts. Technical analysts can specialize in erp, application management or custom software development (csd). Functional analysts can specialize in strategy execution, business process transformation or change management.
Proactive leadership from operational standpoint in development of international expansion blueprint and readiness evaluation; collaborate with International stakeholders to partner in development of launch plans and act as project manager to ensure all operational launch milestones are achieved.
In this role, you will be responsible for content development for membership newsletters, email blasts and on the public and member websites and analyze data for various projects including performance management, company procurement targets, co-op member service, etc.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team comprised of a project manager, business analysts, developers and customers to provide analysis, software development lifecycle support and change management support on various applications assigned to the system support center.
In this role, the selected candidate will define the To-be state of business process and workflow as expected by customer (user and IT teams) along with thought leadership inputs, refinements and improvements which will help the customer to achieve objectives faster and in efficient manner.
