The Business Systems Analyst is a key facilitator that works closely with internal and external stakeholders, program and product managers, and software development teams who displays a passion for leading and delivering business value through customer experiences, systems analysis and software development.
Responsible for assisting in formulating and defining the technical scope and objectives for global systems or packages through research and fact finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
Ability to prioritize well, manage multiple tasks and manage small to large projects in a cross-functional, global environment; demonstrated experience implementing and supporting complex SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax solutions.
The position will serve as a technical expert and system administrator within the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform. Closely working with the SFDC developers and IT teams, the employee will enforce SFDC data integrity and security as well as resolve technical issues and user incidents.
This position is responsible for following an established agile framework or waterfall SDLC for collection, analysis, review, documentation and communication of business needs to support CIBMTR business and system initiatives.
