The Sales Associate will work side by side with the branch's operating staff while participating in a structured, year-long sales training program designed to develop the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to move into the Outside Sales Representative role.

The position of Inside Sales Rep, 3M RED will be required to establish and maintain 3M customer relationships including driving sales growth through inside sales, handling customer questions and up selling and cross selling strategically aligned products to a prioritized set of customers.
In this role, the selected candidate will demonstrate product and industry knowledge including various solutions, market strategies, and competitive intelligence; prepare and present proposals to clients - utilizing company resources and tools. Garners sales management approval for proposal generation and apply no discounts to proposals/contracts without obtaining FIS management approval.
