Serve as technical and process lead for troubleshooting and driving resolution on large complex issues and lead team to deliver effective, quality incident management for operations to ensure optimal availability of services and technology.
In this highly visible role, this candidate will have responsibility to provide leadership to a dynamic technology team with indirect responsibility for analysts, architects, developers, quality control analysts, release managers, and Scrum Masters.
Collaborate with Internal Audit Manager to lead Internal Audit Team during planning and execution of Internal Audit plan, including IT audits, integrated IT/operational audits, SOX assessments / testing, investigations, and special projects.
Manages the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas. Maintains current contact information for all employees in applicable areas and communicates with non-recovery employees during a disaster.
Partner with the Solution Support & Maintenance Operations (SSMO) & Clinical Support Center (CSC) team to establish dashboard of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics for demonstrating CCM IT value and success.
This position sources and negotiates Information Technology (IT) hardware, software and service contracts with the goal of lowering costs of goods, ensuring quality and service by leveraging total company spending.
