Design and develop overall strategy, direction, guidelines and processes for HR Systems team while partnering closely with all HR functional leaders, Payroll, and Information Technology teams and 3rd party vendors to advance this work through self-service and other HR/vendor systems to influence the development of appropriate and sustainable solutions across the company.
Implement and administer the following human resources functions: employee relations, organizational development, performance management, engagement survey initiatives, talent reviews and employee on boarding.
Responsible for a variety of tasks including the organizations accounts payable, managing receptionist staff, and human resources functions including payroll, employee benefits, and managing the hiring process.
Provide proactive coaching, consultation and direction to management in areas of employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and overall organizational effectiveness.
Perform as a strategic partner along with the rest of the plant management team. Act as a liaison between the plant floor management and the Plant Manager in all areas of compliance, labor relations and employee relations.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business information and leading HR and business project initiatives; proactively engaging in employee relations issues, managing candidate selection and employee development activities.
