Financial Analyst will adhere to company policies and all relevant laws regarding handling of such information. Perform Revenue Reporting, Analysis and Forecasting tasks in support of the Manager of FP&A-Revenue.
The Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing and reporting monthly performance reports, quarterly financial forecasts, and annual operating budgets. In addition, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing inventory across the entire supply chain consisting of several contract manufacturers. This position is key in ensuring compliance to financial policies and providing leadership to improve business processes and performance.
Monitor and analyze the financial results of existing field financial programs, including Agency Development Allowance (ADA) subsidies and loans, advisor financing plans and compensation programs, to maintain return on investment and appropriate risk/reward balance.
Provide financial analyses related to budgets, forecasting, allocation of expenses, ad hoc analysis for business case development and custom financial analyses, peer group analysis and internal consulting for all levels of management.
Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze and execute on strategic initiatives; Collaborate with Business Analytics team to drive profitability analysis, extract actionable insights and make recommendations to business partners.
Coordinate and prepare SEC quarterly and annual reports, including financial statements, footnotes, Managements Discussions and Analysis, earnings releases, earnings presentations and investor presentations.
