The selected candidate will support highly complex technical issues and initiatives related to large-scale applications, systems, databases and/or technical products and services in a Windows/SQL and Java/Linux environment.
The Safety Engineer will be responsible for providing tactical management and administration of safety programs and initiatives at the site by engaging management and hourly employees in the total Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program.
You will be a primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value.

Create and maintain documentation as it relates to unified communications systems configuration, management, diagrams, procedures and processes; collaborate with IT and business staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of unified communications systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
Provide business user support. Troubleshoot production problems / functional issues with data visualization & discovery tools Implement process improvements (Automation, Performance tuning, Optimize workflows) Collaborate with business and IT partners such as Infrastructure team, Vendor team, internal teams and offshore team Work with offshore team.
In this role, you will acts as subject matter expert for assigned applications, systems, and technologies. Leads investigation and resolution efforts for critical/high impact problems, defects and incidents.
