In this role, you will track, review and communicate compliance-related directives that impact consumer reporting agency and debt collection company lines of business, and assist in setting priorities for issues that must be addressed by the business.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct product emissions and susceptibility tests, data acquisition and processing, and test report generation. Compliance is governed by regulatory requirements for radio devices, ranging from Low Frequency to Microwave.
The incumbent will work closely with the Policy Manager and Project Manager from the Policy Office in partnership with policy owners and policy writers to ensure policy content is written to reflect the organization's intent, is easy to read, and is understandable by Mayos workforce.
In this role, the candidate will work with the PCI Program Manager to plan and conduct PCI assessments including meeting with card holder environment owners, analyzing documentation, identifying gaps and recommendations for remediation if applicable.
In this role, you will be reviewing, evaluating and communicating network compliance release impacts described in technical letters, operational and update bulletins and other payment network communications.
In this role, you will analyze complex state and federal regulations which impact sales, marketing, sales operations and other key partners and provide guidance and recommendation on the impact of the business policies and procedures.
