With the highest quality service and support to clients at the corporate and property level, the CRM develops and maintains a strong ongoing relationship with each assigned client, which results in high Client Retention rates.

In this role, you will be responsible for the quality aspects of a specific client including client service instructions and reserves; to conduct client specific audits; to monitor client audit compliance; to resolve client issues by working with the company Quality and Operations staff.
The Client Manager is responsible for proactively managing the client accounts on all day to day maintenance activities to ensure the highest level of client service and relationship health. The Client Manager will support the Global Account Managers, Regional Account Managers or Financial Account Managers on an aligned client portfolio to ensure strong client delivery execution.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and maintain loyalty over the long-term with key clients. This will be achieved by gaining a deep understanding the clients business, and encouraging joint projects that are strategically important to the client.
The role of the Client Manager is to increase Westlaw and Legal Software Solutions revenue, usage and market share in corporate accounts in the assigned territory utilizing skills related to legal and investigative research, sales, and building relationships.
