The Manufacturing & Process Development Engineer is responsible for providing manufacturing engineering knowledge, skill, and ability to handle such tasks as: project management, manufacturing design, prototyping development, and gathering of pertinent back ground information.
Porting and optimizing third party and open source software on High Performance Computing ( HPC ) platforms to satisfy mission needs. Participate in the full software lifecycle development using object oriented methodologies.
Participates in requirements analysis, requirements definition, requirements management, functional analysis, performance analysis, system design, trade studies, systems integration and test ( verification ), validation and interface definition studies of system elements direct supervision.
Act as EMC Testing and EMC design technical expert supporting TSI NPD and continuation projects. Interpret test standard requirements and provide engineering design concepts to engineering teams to ensure product compliance.
The Plant Engineer will implement solutions related to plant strategic goals, troubleshoot operational issues, drive completion of action plans, execute projects, and share best practices amongst CVAP and liaison with the CVAP corporate engineering group.
