The Staff Accountant is responsible for managing all customer invoicing and payment applications. This position requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency, interacts with many areas of the organization and serves as an important contact for internal and external customers.
Prepare packages on a schedule to ensure timely delivery to the client and other management teams. Adhere to Real Estate Accounting Policies and Procedures (REAPP) to ensure internal and external reporting requirements are consistently met.
Responsible for the following directives: Monitoring implementation and on-going compliance of the Companys COSO Policy covering the system of internal control over the Companys financial reporting environment, Assessing issues and errors as well as control deficiencies for escalation to governance committees.
