In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for Design lead of logical connectivity data for a wiring program, responsibilities include, harness topology and partitioning. Harness complexity to product plan including give away circuit management.
In this role you will responsible for designing and developing a product/product family. Ensures production procedures efficiently utilize materials and personnel. Tests finished product for quality purposes and recommends changes to product specifications as necessary.
The selected candidate will be responsible for complete electrical connectivity design for vehicle including wire-list and DEF files for composite harness design, load analysis, voltage drop calculations circuit sizing, in-line connector pin count determination and circuit protection. Must be able to work with connector engineer, PDC engineer and vehicle architecture and systems engineers to manage all electrical aspects of the wiring design.
In this role, the selected candidate will produce written documentation for proposals which describe solutions to business problems, including the equipment recommended, cost of the equipment, and time required to successfully (and fully) implement the solution.
This is a key position on the management team for individual capable of developing quality systems from concept and implementing to scale. Ideal candidate should have experience with some of the following manufacturing or similar processes: mechanical exfoliation, liquid phase exfoliation, chemical exfoliation, intercalation, mechanical milling, vapor deposition, epitaxial growth, liquid chromatography, fluid bed drying, centrifugal separation, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience designing electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems for industrial machinery to join manufacturer of large sheet and coiled metal working machinery.
In this role, the selected candidate designs and configures technically complex building control systems as defined by the contract documents; develops and tests software programs necessary to operate the system per the intent of the project requirements.
