The Senior Sales Executive will be asked to develop account plans, territory strategy and mobilize internal resources to drive sales execution and implementation. An entrepreneurial, proactive, adaptable, ethical and persuasive personality is highly valued.
The Senior Strategist performs short and long term strategy development, analysis, and planning for the business unit which may include but not be limited to five-year strategic plans, long-term integrated resource plans, operational plans, and environmental strategy. The Senior Strategist provides administration and analysis of customer research, coordinates regulatory rate cases, business unit performance reporting and business plan deployment. In providing these services, this position works closely with senior management and other areas of the Company.
In this role, the selected candidate will actively participate in weekly/bi-weekly 1/1 calls with Regional Sales Manager and on team calls; work closely with marketing, customer service and sales operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience with some or all of the following areas: software, SaaS, telephony, equipment, PBX, Call centers, computers, communications, IT services, office equipment, hardware, or consulting helpful but not required.
This position is responsible for selling Health and Benefits solutions for mid-sized and large companies, Experience selling in the HR space, Excellent communication skills, Experience selling to CFO's and Business Leaders.
