The Program/Project Coordinator will work directly with the Program Manager, ensuring the execution of an assembly system from inception to full conclusion is met in a timely manner. The Project Coordinator will assist, document and consistently communicate to all involved parties, throughout all phases of assembly project, from build through to installation and commissioning.
This position will serve as a technical resource for adult day services, caregiver and dementia programs and provide annual assessments of adult day providers in line with current funding standards. Provide technical assistance to county focal points through attendance at meetings, community presentations and other activities.

Assist nursing director with operational functions directly related to a designated service area(s) programs, which may include identifying, implementing and monitoring performance improvement measures, collecting and collating established metrics for the service area and monitoring quality outcomes. Identifies areas of opportunity, develops proposals for program development, strategies and revisions to existing programs.
