The PFS execution engineer is responsible for supporting the automation execution teams and plants with technical issues resolution, providing technical direction, executing PFS common processes and procedures and driving continuous improvement.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports.Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
In this role, you will work with the Business Production Planning and Schedule Execution to optimize the long-term production schedule.
Understands the Business needs relating to production and translates these Business production goals into plant production goals.
Develop and release structural components and subsystems into production, collaborating with attribute leads, cross-functional engineering teams, manufacturing team, engineering partners, and other stakeholders.
Lead the engineering development and design of all mechanical functions and components of Electronic Control Units and Sensors with simultaneous consideration of Design for Reliability, Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for molding and assembly of all prototypes; work closely with Tooling and Product Design on any and all problems on prototype production tools and document these.
