In this role, the selected candidate will provide initial counsel to managers regarding compensation (e.g., pay adjustment, promotion, etc.) and benefits requests (e.g., expatriate relocation/perquisites); escalate to the appropriate HR and business leaders for final approval.
The HR Specialists function is to support the Human Resources department from an administrative and safety perspective during off shift hours. Under medium level of supervision from the Manager, the HR Specialist works independently as a professional in a variety of functional areas of Human Resources.
In this role, you will assist in recruiting at location including screening and interviewing applicants. Arrange for advertising or posting job vacancies, and notify eligible employees of position availability.
