In this role, the selected candidate designs, installs and evaluates quality assurance systems, procedures and statistical techniques; designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; analyzes production and service processes and standards; recommends revision of specifications when indicated; formulates or helps formulate quality assurance policies and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible to provide results and technical consultation to battery DRE and system engineers and collaborate with broader engineering team for electrical system design integration, new proposals, problem solving, and system optimization.
In this role, you will travel to customer sites for installation and testing to ensure electrical, mechanical, and fluidic components of the machinery communicate with the controls system and work correctly.
This individual will also be responsible for supporting IBM products (AIX, PowerHA) and the overall integration of the computing platform, e.g. hardware, systems software, operating systems, and storage for hosts and/or clients running the AIX operating system.
The Powertrain Calibration Methodology Engineer is responsible for the design and validation of mathematical models used to generate spark ignition engine calibrations that achieve fuel economy, emissions and performance requirements for future powertrain systems.
The successful candidate will assist with design and implementation of remediation activities such as: air sparging and soil vapor extraction; soil excavation and offsite disposal; groundwater in-situ treatment systems; pumping tests and pump & treat systems; dewatering; shoring installation; and, waste classification to support offsite disposal.
In this role, you will participate on continuous improvement teams for hose assembly, fabrication, and swage products as the engineering representative. Work in team environment to meet plant driven metrics for quality, safety, delivery, performance, and inventory.
