This position is part of the senior leadership team for OUD executive/internal communications, marketing, annual giving (uAG) and student engagement in the Office of University Development (OUD).As such, the Director of Marketing helps steer the vision and mission of the department.
This position requires the ability to manage the flow of data, perform analysis, generate summary reports and communicate by voice or data while being connected in the office, at home or while travelling by laptop or mobile device regularly without regard to time zone or day of the week.
The Marketing Director applies marketing knowledge to support and build sales using dimensions of professional solution selling strategy. Via phone conversations or email responses, this position serves as brand liaison to both internal and external customers who require a customer focused mentality and an in-depth understanding and commitment to the HighScope Strategic Plan and Mission. This is an advanced-level position starting in January.
The Director of Development & Marketing plans, implements, and coordinates development and marketing initiatives in coordination with the Chief Executive Officer. The Director also produces marketing materials consistent with the organizations brand.
In this role, you will develop project plan with timelines and deliverables and leads project to successful completion, on - time and on - budget, from start to finish with limited senior management guidance.
