Provide high-level strategic HR partnership to GQO leadership team and the GQO HQ Functions. Primary focus will be on partnering with the VP Quality RA/QA, VP Supply Chain Operation and VP of IBP teams to create and develop a highly engaged, high performance team that consistently delivers results.
Responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems.
This position will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for Vermilion. The facility will look to this person to ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal.
Manages and directs the human resources function for 5-7 manufacturing facilities in order to achieve business unit / corporate objectives and to attract and retain an efficient and productive workforce.
Oversees large-scale, domestic HR and client projects; coaching HR project leaders, guiding clients, assessing scope and resources, and embedding a structured, strategic approach to guide initiatives from inception to outcome.
The HR Director will provide overall HR leadership including labor relations, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, HR regulatory compliance, compensation and benefits administration, and leadership development.
