This Lean Manager will ensure a consistent, rapid and successful deployment of Lean at all assigned accounts, train employees on lean transformational processes, develop continuous improvement plans addressing critical site needs, and identify opportunities for improvement with value stream maps.
This position is responsible for deploying and maintaining business improvement processes for designed areas through the implementation of recognized quality management standards, continuous improvement strategies and demonstrated best practices.
In this role, you will lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level agile transformations consisting of multiple Agile teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams.
In this role, you will works directly with the Executive steering committee (ESC) consisting of plant manager and management team to select targets for balanced scorecard (BSC) and reports out monthly performance to goal.
