As a RN Manager of Clinical Practice, you will evaluate their performance relative to job goals/requirements; coach staff and recommends in-service education programs and ensure adherence to internal policies/standards.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide written documentation of all disciplinary conferences in accordance with the established personnel policies, and confers with the Area Manager and Human Resources regarding the nature of the disciplinary decisions.
